The United State national government is well respected around the world, but for some Islamic extremists. They are the ones who never seem to see any good coming out of America. However good and well respected the U.S. government is, there are some issues that the government need to adjust so as to make life in America even more desirable.
One of those things include; its treatment of Aliens. An Alien in America is, "any person who is not a citizen or a national of the United States." The U.S. Department of Homeland Security headed by Mrs Janet Napolitano, oversees the affairs of immigration in America. Lots of reasons account for the presence of Aliens in this country. Many are here for studies, for work and also for freedom purposes. Majority of these Aliens work and contribute greatly to the advancement of the U.S government. They work and pay the mandatory taxes, but lots of limitations and biased are placed on them.
The U.S government is more interested in their taxes than their vote.It should be noted that, permanent residents in America are also classified under this category. The U.S government do not allowed Aliens to get federal jobs, they are restricted from so many positions in the Country. Moreover, the U.S government most often do not recognize degrees, qualification and certificates that Aliens bring from their country of origin. Highly educated and well respected Aliens move to America, but to their greatest shock, the U.S government humble them and require them to spend hundreds of dollars evaluating all their degrees and diplomas before they can may be, be considered fit.
In a nutshell, the U.S government has its roots from freedom. That freedom should never be biased nor discriminatory.
I completely agree with you. Our government is a lot of times idolized by other countries, but it is not what it used to be. Like you said the U.S government is more interested in aliens taxes than in their vote. With this past election we can clearly see that it's a big mistake to not focus on their votes. This election had a huge influence by the hispanic voter turn out. The government can now clearly see that they need to focus on other things besides the taxes, on allowing for these "aliens" to work for what they studied for. The government needs to go back to its freedom roots, and allow for those aliens to feel free, and prosper in this country. Enough is enough, the government and most Americans can see how much of an impact an alien has in this country. They need to let the freedom come back to this country.
