On Tuesday, October 9, 2012 MSNBC,   nbcnews.com   posted  an article assessing the risk posed by  older drivers on U.S  roads. MSNBC's  Brian Williams, reported that  older drivers  post  great risk on the road. He said Physicians in states like Pennsylvania, California, Nevada, Oregon  Delaware and New Jersey, are required to report to the states once an elderly driver suffers a stroke. And this therefore means, a revoking of their car keys.
He said the elderly have most recently been the orchestrators of fatal accidents. He gave the 2003  illustration of the 86 years old lady who drove into a Santa Monica's farmers market and kill 10 people. He also made mention of a  100 years old driver in California, who recently ran into a  group  of 100 school children injuring most of them. Brian Williams was so very biased in his presentation of this  article. He showed no signs of objectivity when assessing on  this presentation.
In America, where 10,000 people turn 65 everyday, I think an article like this was supposed to also include more and better solutions to solved this problem and not just solely focused on withdrawing seniors driver's license. Educating seniors on aging related changes and helping them know where they can access information on improving their driving skills would have made the article  more interesting.
Moreover, there are lots of Certified Driver's Rehabilitation Specialists, who are trained, and  nationally recognized to provide evaluation of an individual's ability to drive safe, giving issues of aging and disability. In a nutshell, I think a better approach would have been, to address issues of  lifelong mobility and,  alternative transportation options.Talk safely with older drivers as early as possible, and equally help them assess their strength  behind the wheels. Everything being equal, statistics have shown  that young drivers have more collision than older drivers.

On Thursday October 4, Dan Gainor published an article on  Fox News .com, demonstrating how the Liberals "freaked out " after Obama poor debate performance. Over a million Americans tuned in yesterday October 4 to watch the 2012 presidential debate in Denver, Colorado. The ninety minutes debates left most America's media, especially the conservatives fanning  Romney's flames and portraying president Barack Obama as "tired". A fox news survey immediately after the debate showed 67% of Americans believe Romney won while just 25% said Obama won. They made mention how Obama's faithful were distraught by the president poor performance. Reading this from a conservative point of view is nothing new. It is not strange that no mention was made of the fact that Barack Obama landed at Denver just two hours before the debate. The conservative in their ignorance had no idea that president Obama allowed Romney to trip over himself as he has done throughout his business career. Everything Romney said was just to sell himself to the American people so they can elect him in November.Mitt Romney, who is desperately in need of Obama's job has very limited interest for America. His vision for America is empty, just the same way as how the people of Massachusetts are still today unfavorable about his time as governor. Romney did the same propaganda he did during his time as head of "Bain Capital." He looted money, ran companies and sold them for profit. Despite all the criticism on Obama, one thing is certain for sure, and it is that, the American population has enjoyed a better life in his four years in office than the previous eight years of the conservatives. More Jobs and low unemployment rate like what we got today- (7.8%) is all thanks to the strong and great leadership skill of President Barack Obama.
